As Specialist Psychologist Ilknur KILIÇ;

I think that individuals are not only composed of negative experiences or problems they have experienced, but with this thought, I believe that they are just like pearls that develop and grow in an oyster, and their white valuable side (like pearls) needs to be discovered and heard under their shells that break when necessary.

Based on this metaphor, our aim in therapies is to enable individuals to discover their pearly sides that need to be discovered, to help them reach that voice and accompany them. Listening to those hurt and sometimes broken or unheard parts of them.

Every individual, every story is unique, valuable and needs to be heard and seen. Let’s listen to the feelings that cannot be expressed, to the needs that cannot be expressed, together with that you inside. We may need to look at ourselves in order to develop and discover new perspectives.
