As a management, it is one of the most basic principles of our institution to keep the motivation of our employees high, to achieve the understanding of success with the team rather than individually, to meet the satisfaction, expectations and needs of the patients / patient relatives and employees in the provision of health services. In order to achieve quality today and in the future, to develop ourselves within the framework of a competitive approach and to provide the best health service, a Quality Management System is applied in our hospital, taking into account the conditions required by the National and International Healthcare Legislation and the standards determined by the Ministry of Health.
