1-KUCUKSU PAVILION

  It is located in Beykoz,Anadolu Hisarı. It was built by the architect Nikagos Balyan at the request of Sultan abdülmecid. It was an important place where state affairs were discussed for a while. It was restored in 1994 and opened to the public as a museum. It is closed for visitors on Mondays. It has entrance fee. 

2-THE MUSEUM OF LIGHTING HEATING COLLECTIONS THROUGH THE AGES

  It is located in Beykoz. It was built by Mehmet Yaldız. Items from many parts of the world are on display. There are old oil lamps, torches, candlesticks, talismans and amulets inside. The museum is closed for visitors on Sundays.

3-KITE MUSEUM

  It is located in Üsküdar. It was built by Mehmet Nazi Aköz. Various kites collected from 6 continents and 33 countries have been exhibited since 1986. It has more than 2000 kites. Although it is the only kite museum in Turkey, it is one of the 18 kite museums in the world. It is also used not only as a museum but also as a school where children can fly kites. It is open to visitors except Sundays. There is no entrance fee. 

4-ISTANBUL TOY MUSEUM

  The Toy Museum in Kadıköy was opened on April 23, 2005. There are over 2000 toys in the museum, which was built by Sunay Akın. Various toys from different parts of the world are exhibited. It has entrance fee. It is opened to visitors everyday of week except Mondays. 

5-BEYLERBEYI PALACE MUSEUM

  Beylerbeyi Palace in Üsküdar is used both as a palace and a museum. It was built by Sarkis Balyan at the request of Sultan Abdülaziz. It was used as a summer palace by the sultans and their families of that time.In the museum, beautiful objects used in that period are exhibited. The museum is closed on Mondays and Thursdays.

6-BARIS MANCO MUSEUM

  It is located in Kadıköy. It was built on June 9, 2010 by Barış Manço’s family. The building, which used to be the house of Barış Manço, has been converted into a museum. Items belonging to Barış Manço, a valuable artist for Turkish society, are exhibited inside. It is closed on Mondays. It has entrance fee. 

7-SABRI ARTAM FOUNDATION AUTOMOBILE MUSEUM

  It is located in Çengelköy. It was opened in 1998. It is the first museum recognized by the FIVA International Historical Vehicles Federation in Turkey. In the 5-storey museum, there are various automobiles, antique vehicles, photographs and designs brought from many parts of the world.The museum is closed on Mondays.

8-SAIT FAIK ABASIYANIK MUSEUM

  It is located in Burgazada. The building, which was used to be the home of Sait Faik Abasıyanık, has been converted into a museum by Darüşşafaka. In the museum where Sait Faik Abasıyanık spent his last 10 years, many items belonging to the man of letters are exhibited. The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

9-ANADOLU FORTRESS

  It is located in Beykoz next to the Bosphorus. It was built in 1934 by Yıldırım Bayezid. It was built in the Ottoman Period to control the passages across to Rumeli Fortress from Bosphorus. It is an unique museum with its Bosphorus view and history. 

10-TURKER INANOGLU FOUNDATION CINEMA AND TELEVISION MUSEUM

  It is located in Beykoz. The museum is affiliated with the TÜRVAK foundation. It was opened in 2001. More than 1000 equipment, more than 6000 domestic films and more than 10 thousand photographs are exhibited in it. The museum is closed on Mondays.
